Francois Pehoua Charity Inc. (FPCharity) is a Florida-based nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities for children and women to thrive through education, sports, healthcare, and community development.
Founded by Doris Pehoua to honor her late father, François Pehoua, a caring leader devoted to uplifting his community, FPCharity continues his legacy of bringing people together and supporting those in need. Doris established the organization to carry forward his vision of unity, compassion, and opportunity for all.
Our mission is to equip children with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to build brighter futures, while empowering women through healthcare awareness, education, and advocacy.
We believe every child and woman deserves equal opportunities, regardless of background. By working with educators, coaches, healthcare professionals, and community partners, FPCharity delivers programs that uplift individuals, strengthen families, and transform communities locally and internationally.

Doris Pehoua
Founder/ President & Executive Director
Leads the organization’s strategic direction, daily operations, and mission-driven programs. She works closely with the Board of Directors to oversee fundraising, finances, and community initiatives, ensuring the charity creates lasting impact.
Olive Mbah
Vice President
A senior executive responsible for guiding FPCharity’s strategic direction, developing organizational policies, and overseeing key departments and operations to achieve the organization’s mission and goals. Her vision is shaping our policies and objectives.
Louis Philippe Rodriguez
TREASURER – IT Director
Leads the organization’s technology strategy and financial stewardship. With a dual role that bridges operations and innovation, he ensures that FP Charity's IT infrastructure aligns with its mission-driven goals while maintaining fiscal responsibility and transparency.
